582/08 Matters Arising:

(a) Item 542/08(b) (White House Farm) Cllr. Guest reported that she had spoken to the Enforcement Officer, Mr Swain who was having a meeting with Planning on this subject as he was new to the job and needed to know more information on the background to the case.

583/08 Parish Facilities:

Cllrs. Barrett, Guest and Hardingham along with Morag Hutcheon and 15 youths had a visit to the Conservation Site to see what the youth thought of the site in terms of the BMX Trails and how much of the land they thought they would need. The Youth were very happy with the site and would like the entire site. They would be very keen for people to go up there and watch them ride the bikes and perform the stunts.
There was discussion of where the boundaries to the site are. Cllr. Gatward told the meeting that the boundaries were marked by the fence.
Cllr. Sherwen said that car parking needs to be taken into consideration.
There is to be a site meeting held on Tuesday 10th March at 5.00pm to define the boundaries. The Clerk is to inform all Councillors by e-mail of the date, time and purpose of this meeting.
Cllr. Gatward reminded the meeting that the gate to the Conservation Site would need to be left open when the site was being used by the Youth, for emergency services to gain access.
